IA Show on Saturday

It is kind of hard to talk about this show. There was good improv in the show, but as a group, we lacked confidence. Sadly, it stems from some frustrations with the format and what IA has been doing as a group as of late.

Luckily, we are having a meeting on Tuesday to talk about the direction of the group. We had a meeting like this last year and it was very helpful. We had a clear goal and a clear direction and we knew how we were going to get there.

It is definitely time for another one of those meetings. I can tell that the players are ready to say their piece about where we have come from, where we are, and where they all think we should be heading.

Communication is key in any team oriented situation. If we can't communicate with each other then we are not going to succeed as well as we know we can.
